Terms and Conditions — p99o Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the p99o website at p99o.win, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all areas of the p99o platform including the Casino, Slot Games, Sports Betting, Fish Games and any promotional offers.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and p99o. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

To register and use p99o you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. p99o does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of p99o or its affiliated technology or payment partners.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You must not be in a self-excluded status that you previously requested from p99o.

p99o may request documentary proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account restriction or closure. Any winnings generated on an ineligible account may be voided.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on p99o. If you already have a registered account, you must not create a second one. Duplicate accounts will be identified and closed. The balance from any secondary account may be forfeited depending on the circumstances of the duplication.

When you register your account you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani contact number and a valid email address. This information must match the details on the payment methods — JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, Raast-linked bank account or bank transfer details — that you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.

Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure. p99o is not liable for delays or failed withdrawals caused by mismatched account details provided by the player.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone. p99o will never ask for your password by email or in a support chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your knowledge, contact support immediately and change your password.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on p99o — deposits, wagers and withdrawals — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees because no conversion takes place. The supported deposit and withdrawal methods are:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfer
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer to and from Pakistani bank accounts

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. These limits are set to support smooth processing and comply with payment provider guidelines — they are not arbitrary restrictions.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated in your account area — most JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed within a few hours during normal operating periods.

p99o does not accept third-party deposits. The payment account you use must be registered in your own name and match the details on your p99o account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources may be held pending verification and returned to the source if verification is not completed satisfactorily.

Deposits are non-refundable once they have been credited to your gaming account and used to place bets. If a deposit is credited in error, contact support before placing any bets and the situation will be reviewed.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

The specific rules that govern each game type — Casino table games, Slot Games, Fish Games and Sports Betting — are detailed within each game or section of the platform. Those game-level rules are considered part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

For sports betting in particular, the following general rules apply:

• Bets placed on cricket matches — including PSL, T20 internationals and Test series — are settled according to the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body.
• In-play bets are placed and accepted at the player's own risk. Live odds can move quickly, especially during cricket matches, and a bet is only confirmed once you receive the confirmation message in your bet slip.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended or voided, settlement rules specific to the affected market will apply. These rules are available within the Sports Betting section.
• Obvious errors in odds — including technical glitches that result in odds clearly out of line with the market — will be voided and stakes returned. p99o reserves this right regardless of whether the bet has already been displayed as confirmed.

For Casino and Slot Games, the return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game providers and are displayed or available to players within the game information screens. p99o does not alter RTP settings from the provider defaults.

Fish Games operate on a credit-based system where your PKR balance converts to in-game credits at a fixed rate shown before you enter the game. Winnings convert back to PKR at the same rate when the session ends or you cash out.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

p99o offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free credit offers and event-specific promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as the PSL or international T20 series.

All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any portion can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Validity period: Bonuses expire after a set number of days from the date they are credited. Unused or unmet bonus funds that reach the expiry date are forfeited automatically.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward clearing a wagering requirement. Slot Games typically contribute 100%, while table games like Baccarat and Roulette may contribute less. The contribution rate is listed on each promotion.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active, placing bets above the stated maximum per bet or per spin will void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with an existing active bonus.

p99o reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion has already been credited to an account before any modification takes effect, the original promotion terms at the time of crediting will apply to that specific instance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The p99o platform is provided for genuine personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent ban from the platform:

• Using any form of automated software, bot, script or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games or simulate human play.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing errors in sports odds to place bets or extract value that would not be available under normal operating conditions.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets, including match-fixing, arbitrage networks or chip-dumping in Casino games.
• Using a VPN, proxy server or other technical means to obscure your location or identity in a way that misrepresents your eligibility to use the platform.
• Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using borrowed or fabricated identities, to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent an account restriction.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform. All suspicious financial activity is reported in accordance with applicable obligations.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing p99o staff through any support channel. Respectful communication is expected at all times.

Where prohibited conduct is suspected but not yet confirmed, p99o may temporarily restrict access to the affected account while an investigation is carried out. During this period, withdrawals may be held pending the outcome of the review.

8. Privacy and Data

p99o collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, transaction processing and customer support. The full details of what data is collected, how it is stored, how long it is retained and what rights you have over it are set out in the Privacy Policy.

By registering an account you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes sharing necessary data with payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa and banking partners for the purpose of processing your PKR transactions.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

p99o may suspend or permanently close any account where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been confirmed or is under reasonable investigation.
• The account holder requests closure — including self-exclusion requests made through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• The account has been inactive with a zero balance for an extended period and there has been no response to re-engagement communication.
• Identity verification documents requested by p99o have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• There is reason to believe the account is being used for a purpose other than personal entertainment, including commercial or syndicated betting activity.

Where an account is closed by p99o for reasons other than a breach of these terms, the verified PKR balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any pending withdrawal hold periods have passed.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, p99o reserves the right to withhold the balance pending the outcome of any investigation and to permanently exclude the account holder from re-registering on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

p99o is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to keep the platform running reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, payment provider outages or technical issues beyond our direct control may occasionally affect platform availability.

p99o is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical issues outside our control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking systems.
• Bets placed based on your interpretation of odds, game mechanics or promotional terms that differed from our stated terms.
• Losses resulting from playing games while under the influence of substances or in a state of emotional distress, where the player took no action to use the available responsible gaming tools.
• Any financial decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that contained errors subsequently corrected under the obvious error clause in Section 5.

In all cases, our total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the verified PKR balance held in the player's account at the time the claim arises.

11. Changes to These Terms

p99o may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified through the platform or by email to the address registered on their account. The updated terms will display the revised effective date at the top of this page.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been published and notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you may close your account by contacting support and your verified PKR balance will be processed for return through your registered payment method.
